Payments are handled securely by the checkout platform you choose (Paystack, Payhip or Selar). We never see or store your card details. After payment, your download access is provided through that checkout. Please keep the email address you used at checkout.
If you bought on Amazon Kindle or Apple Books, your book is delivered to your device by that store.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find them, email hello@alswell.online with the email you used at checkout, the platform you paid with and the date, and we will help.
Refunds follow the policy shown by your checkout platform at the time of purchase. Purchases made on Amazon or Apple Books follow those stores’ own refund rules. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right.
