Alswell Endswell is the author and creator of the Money Survival Series, a practical collection focused on helping people understand their money, make better financial decisions, and build greater control over their everyday finances.
His perspective has been shaped by years of living and working in Ghana and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Experiencing life in these two different environments, while working alongside people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, gave him a broader understanding of the different ways people earn, spend, save, borrow, and deal with financial pressure.
Alswell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and has spent a decade working in logistics with Almarai, a leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in the GCC. His professional world revolves around tracking where resources go, reducing waste, and keeping systems running smoothly. The Money Survival Series applies that same practical discipline to personal finance.
That experience also taught him that money challenges are not limited to one country, culture, or income group. The circumstances may differ, but many of the underlying challenges are familiar: spending without a clear plan, financial leaks that go unnoticed, short-term borrowing, debt pressure, and the difficulty of turning income into lasting financial stability.
The Money Survival Series grew from this practical perspective. Rather than presenting money management as something complicated or reserved for financial experts, Alswell focuses on simple ideas, practical strategies, and actions that ordinary people can understand and apply in real life.
His approach is built around a simple belief: financial knowledge becomes valuable when it can be applied.
Through Alswell Digital Hub, he aims to share practical knowledge that can help people think more clearly about their finances, take meaningful action, and work toward a brighter tomorrow.
“I created the Money Survival Series because I believe financial knowledge should not feel complicated or out of reach. Sometimes, better financial decisions begin with simply understanding what is happening with the money we already have.”
